Canadian rapper Drake has suffered another substantial gambling loss, this time losing $565,000 after betting on Tyson Fury to defeat Oleksandr Usyk.

Drake had shared on Instagram that he placed a hefty bet on Fury, hoping to win over $1 million if Fury emerged victorious.

However, Usyk won by split decision in Saudi Arabia, making him the first undisputed heavyweight boxing champion in 24 years by adding Fury’s WBC title to his existing WBA, IBF, and WBO belts.

This is not Drake’s first huge loss in the betting world.

Drake previously lost $615,000 after betting on Francis Ngannou to defeat Anthony Joshua in a high-stakes heavyweight clash in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Like many combat sports fans, Drake believed Ngannou could overcome Joshua, a bet that would have netted him $1.9 million.

In another high-profile loss, the Canadian rapper missed out on winning $920,000 when Nigerian-born fighter Israel Adesanya failed to defend his UFC middleweight title against Sean Strickland.
