The National Examinations Council today announced the release of the 2025 Basic Education Certificate Examination results. The examination, which commenced on May 12, 2025, was concluded on May 23, 2025.
According to a statement by Azeez Sani, the Acting Director of Public Affairs of the examination body, a total of 179,201 candidates registered for the examination in 12 subjects.
However, During a meeting, the chairperson of the Award Committee, Dr. (Mrs) Folake David, Director, Basic Education, Federal Ministry of Education, expressed satisfaction with the processes leading to the successful release of the results.
