Paul Onuachu has handed Trabzonspor a major boost after returning to training ahead of this weekend’s Istanbul derby with Fenerbahce. The Nigeria international picked a knock in Trabzonspor’s 3-0 win at Samsunspor last weekend.
Onuachu took part in Wednesday’s training session putting him in contention to feature against Fenerbahce. The 31-year-old is currently the leading scorer in the Turkish Super Lig with 15 goals.
Trabzonspor occupy third position on the standings, four points behind second-placed Fenerbahce.
Note that Saturday’s encounter will hold at the Papara Park.
