United States President, Donald Trump, has issued a fresh and grave warning to Iran, declaring that the Middle East nation would be completely wiped off the map if it ever succeeds in carrying out any assassination attempt against him.
The warning comes as tensions between the two long time adversaries continue to deepen, with both sides openly threatening large-scale retaliation should their leaders be targeted. Trump however made the threat during a televised interview yesterday.
Recall that earlier on Tuesday, Iranian General Abolfazl Shekarchi, reacting to concerns over threats to Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, said Tehran would not hesitate to unleash devastating consequences if provoked.
